I have an idea for a thing that would make being on hold a lot more pleasant

It would give you like 5 menu options for your on hold audio including “inoffensive elevator music” “NPR music reviews/interviews” “a talk about birds or the building of the pyramids or something” “top 40 radio” “vintage radio dramas” so that those of us who do not want to listen to shitty elevator music don’t have to and might get to learn something.
