Do u think 4 year age differences are weird? Like a 16 and 20 year old?

honestly now that I am 26 (or will be in a month) if I saw one of my buddies dating a 22 year old girl I would still side eye a little bit because like…yeah…it’s a different life stage, a lot of the time.

I dated men at least 30 years older than me on average and it didn’t seem strange to me until recently.

My husband is 8 years older than me, we met when I was 22 and he’d just turned 30.  Worked pretty well for us, but I think that duh, a kid’s a fuckin’ kid.  The difference between 16 and 20 is huge.  The difference between 20 and 24 significantly less huge.  The difference between 24 and 28 even less huge and so on and so on ad infinitum.

Same reason a 16 year old can’t date a 13 year old.
