There is no way the MAJORITY of Men would pay for porn when so many sites give it out for free. This aint the 90s anymore where it was hard, its literally at your fingertip. Just type in nipple, boob, or ass and you get a plethora of websites. I agree with paying prostitutes but Stop the free porn. Yeah RIGHT

2. Just because it’s easy doesn’t mean it’s okay. We’re not talking about giant corporations here, we’re talking about small independant producers, and guess what? If you keep doing this, there won’t be porn anymore, because no one will be able to make a living doing it. Good for you, you did what decades of radscum bullshit couldn’t, you ended porn.

Okay, you didn’t say small independent producers. You said porn. And it has nothing whatsoever to do with male entitlement so don’t even try that. Most women do not pay for their porn either. They hop on PornHub same as men. No one pays for digital media anymore. Of any kind. So if you’re going to say that, you have to extend your disdain to people who don’t pay for their music, movies, tv, books, and comics. And let’s be clear, there will always be porn, just perhaps not in it’s current form.
That said, supporting independent producers is very very important.
The vast majority of porn is independently produced. The fact that the famous and extremely talented Tara Emory has to do cam shows and strip on the side just to make ends meet is not okay.
Just because someone’s website looks slick doesn’t mean they’re rolling in cash.
The majority of porn consumers are men and it has everything to do with male entitlement.
Most of the books you read come from a publisher who paid the writer an advance. Most of the movies you watch were made by studios with deep pockets, whose creators have already been paid, same goes for TV. Bands make most of their money off merch and concert sales in any case, same goes for a lot of comic books. Pirating all of this stuff… frankly, it’s pretty ethically okay in many cases. Porn performers however don’t work that way, there’s no big studio to pay the bill, they don’t have a release in theaters, they don’t have ad revenue, they don’t get endorsement deals.
If you’re pirating studio content… that’s probably okay, the performers are paid a flat fee, and I have no sympathy for capitalists. Do not however pirate small independent producers content, that is a shitty thing to do. If your kink is only produced by small indie producers, pay yer fuckin’ performers. Capitalism’s a bitch, but porn is a luxury and you have an imagination.
And you know what, if you end paying demand? You end the thing, sorry, but that’s how it goes.
