that predator post only went viral because ‘gotcha’ culture on tumblr is so flagrant people were chomping at the bits to find dirt on the person edits a website just to make it easier for people to continue spreading such things about him. And then beg for him to come back or make his own website.

He recieved messages in his inbox in relation to THESE EVENTS: (link) (link) Not ONE mention is made of the accusation of predatory behavior, it all centers on NON-baseless accusations of racism (though the circumstances behind that is nuanced) if you want to critique how people responded to THESE EVENTS then FINE but don’t spread the lie that xkit guy was “driven off the site by false accusations that he was a predator” because that’s a complete fabrication and spreading that bullshit does nothing but make it harder for children who have been abused to come forward.
he was talking about a race he’s a member of just so everyone understands but yeah one thing i noticed was the callout post had hardly any notes at all before this whole thing blew up (i remember seeing it at around 50 on the same day this all started). i think it’s possible this whole thing was done just to make actual abused people look like liars. this whole thing feels off
