On My Educational Background

I was home schooled until high school.  

I attended two different high schools, one a very very preppy all girls boarding school and one a performing arts charter school (where I took costume design, sewing, and figure drawing and illustration) and a self directed learning center for teens (where I took classes in business management, Shakespeare, current events, sustainable agriculture, sustainable economics creative writing and HTML among other things).

I had 4 years of private tutoring in costume history, and 6 years of private tutoring in Latin (ancient), a math tutor for 3 years, writing tutors for 2 years and a year of calligraphy that didn’t do anything useful.

I audited courses on art history at Smith college

I got my GED when I was 16 and went to beauty school

I’m a licensed aesthetician (or I was, I believe I accidentally let it lapse)

I went to Makeup Designory in New York for beauty and SFX makeup.

So um my education is spotty and weird.
