As a busy social innovator I can tell you that it’s us millenials that are inherently more motivated to take the bull by the horns, get boots on the ground, and leverage iterative solutions for transformational disruption. I think the old 20th century paradigm economic naysayers are slowly realising that the
entrepreneurial spirit is literally in the blood of Gen Z. Previous generations cared about things like stable wages, pension plans, housing, health care, and so on. But you can’t expect one-size-fits-all models to work for eternity. What’s needed is start-up thinking, flexible work arrangements, 120% more social media, less red tape, hands-on evidence-based both-and solution-oriented learning, just-in-time end-user driven manufacturing, customized non-traditional community service models, and so on – arguing about communism is for the past.
This is complete bullshit, we care about the same stuff as previous generations we have just has stability utterly denied to us
