What is with the Communist circle jerk on Tumblr? I can’t possibly fathom why anyone supports the ideology beyond what it is on paper. Human nature is the bane of it’s existence and because of that we will never see communism succeed in any nation in the world. On top of that, opposing capitalism is just stupid. I understand the resentment of corporations but wanting to deprive of someone what they are owed when you take their product is just silly. You can’t have your cake and eat it too.
depriving people of what they’re owed is literally what happens when the capitalist class is extracting profit from the labour of the working class. the largest form of theft, the biggest tax, etc. etc. is in this process of extracting value and not compensating equitably for that value (because capitalists ownership of the means of production puts them in an extremely powerful position when it comes to so called ‘bargaining’).
liberalism is absurd, anti “corporation” politics is blinkered and doesn’t deal with any root causes. Maybe research something about what you’re talking about before making a bad post and tagging it

Can one of you communists explain how the social revolution is going to happen and how it’s going to work, I’m mighty confused on all this and just looking for some information on communism and how it all works in the real world.
We’ve been arguing about this since the 19th century. There are a lot of varied ideas. I mean seriously a lot. Some people say a general strike, others say war, others say a bunch of other stuff… some say vanguard party, some say spontaneous.
Anytime someone starts an argument against communism with “it looks good on paper/in theory” its a clear indication they don’t actually know jack shit about it lmao
