You need to read Capital, the Communist Manifesto was one of Marx’s earlier works, and Che was essentially a Stalinist, the Cuban government was supported by the soviet state, which is one of the reasons it ended up taking a Stalinist form. Stalinism is a specific ideology which affected the policy of many “socialist” (no one has ever claimed to have achieved communism) states. Authoritarian communists are directly counter to the basic tenants of communism. Also not all communists are Marxists.
Learn some goddamned history.
