Fucking hate shit like this. Sex should be an act of love not a job, not coercion through money, and not a huge business that is insanely corrupt. Women are hurt in this business whether they realize it or not.
Women are hurt when they have sex for free “for love”. Look at the amount of women who get beaten/raped/killed by the partners they were with in a so-called “loving” relationship.
Women are also hurt on an emotional level when they have sex for free “for love” when he doesn’t want her back or respect or or simply just gets bored and moves onto something else!
So spare me.
Monetising it is a way to SPARE yourself from getting hurt. If gives women back the power. Sex is something men so desperately want that women can give but it’s at a PRICE. The price always being: her reputation, her freedom, her independence, her emotions.
Women are more hurt in this industry by SOCIETY than of individual clients.
And in a decriminalised industry women are more likely able to get up, walk away and leave a client who is pushing the boundaries than a lover or boyfriend or husband who is pushing the boundaries.
The only people who benefit from sex as an act of “love” are men because they no longer have to pay for it and they no longer have to be accountable for their actions.

Sex was never supposed to be about money and power; despite what society has made you believe. It’s meant to be the manifestation of love and trust.
It doesn’t fucking matter what YOU THINK sex is “meant to be”. You don’t get to police why other people choose to have sex. You’re not the sex police.

Sex is a biological function totally devoid of meaning except what humans have layered on it over millennia, like, literally. And the patriarchy is the most recent layer so MAYBE LOOK A LITTLE HARDER AT WHY YOU THINK SEX IS SO MEANINGFUL
Also like sex can be very meaningful, sex can be very casual, or transactional. Like I’m not full service (so maybe I should stand back) but like the sex I have with my spouse is not made less meaningful or pleasurable or what have you by what I do with clients.
And like, you know what you can blame for sexuality (like everything else in society) being frequently

? Capitalism. The objectionable part of sex work is not the sex part but the part where anyone has to do anything to keep food on the table.
Also although I do often have loving, trusting, meaningful sex with my spouse, sometimes we just want to bone.
