re: men dominating conversations (which you mentioned in a post recently) that was literally the very exact first social difference i noticed post-transition. like within a week or two i realized that this was happening. and this was long before i ever “passed” as cis either. for the first time in my life, people interrupted me. people talked over me. people didn’t shut up when i interrupted them. the second thing i noticed was that cashiers began to touch my hands when passing me things.
