Just warm water is ok, soap is basic and the vulva wants to remain acidic

In answer to your question in the tags, yes soap does do that, and increases your risk of UTIs and yeast infections.  If you’re really sweaty a mixture of 20% vinegar and 80% water on a wash cloth will deal with the sweat issue without compromising your chemical balance.
