Which if we extrapolate is basically saying “if women weren’t so passive and accepting of men’s shit and spoke up for themselves men would treat them better”

like, any time someone says something of the form “we, the oppressed, ought to take such-and-such a strategy to improve our situation” – overthrow capitalism or the patriarchy or whatever – it is very precisely “victim-blaming” in the sense you’re censuring.
one could turn this around and say that the alternative, an almost total denial of agency, is Itself The Problematic Belief, but that’s cheap and irrelevant to the main point, which is that oppression is almost always changed by collective action by the oppressed (once the objective situation makes that victory feasible) rather than the pity of their oppressors
Yeah, collective rather than individual, thus no individual woman can manage to escape patriarchy by acting a certain way.
Like collective action rather than each person being individually responsible for their oppression, so like claiming trans women retain male privilege because of how they behave is just silly cause women don’t escape oppression on individual behavior
