What do you think of Pixee Fox? She has been in the news lately because of her rib removal surgery. After I saw before and after pictures of her, I thought she might be someone up your alley, because her face was so conventionally pretty pre-surgeries and is so freak-pretty (don’t mean that in a pejorative sense) now.
