1- The Commonwealth Ghouls are drastically different from Ghouls from other regions. They might be a ‘subspecies’, like the Marked Men. 2- Hancock became a Ghoul after doing drugs, not from radiation. 3- No one really cares about your justification for making a human ‘hancock’, and even fewer probably cares about how you mod your game. How many people where honestly even bugging you about your screenshots?
