I also have this question about educating future spawn… Homeschooling is not practical for every person but I can speak to experience that if you have a good secular network around it can actually be very successful. I was homeschooled as are my sisters and I never lacked for friends / classes and now they don’t either. It really depends on where you are but we were lucky to have a large secular network where I live.

I was homeschooled too, and yeah I’m just worried we wouldn’t, also it kinda left me unable to deal with being under unreasonable authority and busy work (which is in some ways a good thing, in other ways bad).  Hopefully we’ll be able to set up something like that, I have friends who want to be educators, and I want to make sure their education features movement building and working class praxis so I think maybe setting up something so it’s avaliable to other families with less ability to commit to the time (I’m very lucky to have an open and flexible schedule) involved and so on.
