That’s a great idea! Luckily Sephora let’s you return used products, so anyone can try it out first and return if it doesn’t work for them.
But yah, tattoos do turn off most older customers, unless it’s like a fetish they have (you know the guys, the super straight laced ones who have major fantasies about alt girls) which @thepeacockangel talked about with civilian guys who aren’t alt or into subculture shit who have fetishes for alt girls or girls in similar subcultures, but thanks for being honest (because I think some girls think if they aren’t covered in them it won’t affect their money) and adding a super helpful tip, I really appreciate this, cuz like altho this is and has always been a personal blog, I also like to make it a learning space for other dancers as nerdy as that is.Â
Urban Decay isn’t cruelty free for my followers who care about that, but I recently found out Kat Von D’s is!Â
Kat Von D’s a nazi though
Yah, true. But i think in the sense if you already have tattoos and need to cover them so you can make money and pay your rent sometimes you have to buy products you really don’t agree with? Especially if you’re in an area where you can’t make money with tattoos. idk if I’m wrong here so like, idk feel free to chime in Jewish/Romani SW’s.
I guess in that sense I’d just say don’t get tattoos so you don’t have to cover them up with her stuff then. Like I don’t buy from the Body Shop (which is anti-Semitic) because I don’t NEED to, I can find other solutions. So you don’t NEED to get tattoos you’ll have to cover up with her products.Â
Obviously, just figured I’d mention cause not everyone knows.  Dermablend and Jane Iredale also have good tattoo cover products
Thanks for the tip regarding that! It’s very helpful!
Yeah dermablend also comes in a really big color range so if you’re freakishly pale like me or are a WOC it’s a good brand
