(which I doubt) I suggest we have a variety of apps and online games, that give you little xbox achievements for socially necessary labor or like armor upgrades for MMOs and shit, people find WOW and Candy Crush and validation from their fitbit addictive, surely we can use these principals to encourage labor while freely giving the products to people as needed.
the thought of this makes me deeply uncomfortable unless it was implemented from below rather than from above; hooking workers into dopamine loops doesn’t sound very liberatory imo

I already responded to this explaining that it’s obviously only a good idea if implemented from below, and basically is a tool that’s avaliable to people if they want it to help them get shit they want or need to get done, done.
Like there could be one you could download for helping you clean your house, and another you could download if you wanted to write a novel, and another you could download if you wanted to say… IDK help with street sweeping but were having trouble motivating yourself to actually get out there and do it.
I know I would like to put up more IWW flyers, but I keep forgetting and a little “you did the thing!” would help me do it more consistently.
