That is interesting. my experience have been different so far? Maybe it depends on the medium? I think there are definitely a large number of women writers who wrote a ton of good books, on the subject, on the other hand the true crime podcast scene is dominated by men.

Like it’s definitely mostly something women consume, regardless of who makes most media about it… and of course the most popular crime podcast is by women but yeah… I mean I think podcasting itself is somewhat male dominated
