I really do not understand the whole BDSM as “Women being hurt” discourse.  Like are you uncomfortable with women in contact sports?  Because like… ffs.  The experience of BDSM is SO different from actual violence that I don’t understand how easily people conflate them.  Also like the idea that arousal somehow constitutes advocacy just EXHAUSTS ME
