I feel like people’s obsession with “realism” and “authenticity” really undermines porn’s potential as an art form.

I don’t know a ton about porn cinematography but what if we did it more like Jackie Chan’s stuff with less gritty realism and more movie magic to create an experience more interesting than the real? 

Like action isn’t generally considered arty, it’s generally treated as plebeian by critics of “high culture” but there’s a beauty and artistry to the best action that you could bring to porn without artsy-fartsying it up and it’d probably look awesome.

Basically, I want to make regular porn that’s just very technically proficient with great special effects.

Mad Max: Fury Road is in my opinion aces

Old women, nubile sexy women, middle aged women, thin women and even some fat women who get to be naked and do a cool thing all being cool, kicking ass and mostly not getting fridged and Furiosa not dying! And like dudes learning to be decent and communist feminist utopia with seriously quality action sequences, badass cars, a freaking guicarist (I apologize for that pun) all the guns and explosions you could ask for and little old ladies murdering clones from motorcycles which you didn’t even know you wanted until now.
