In anything more than a military sense is fucked up.  Like you can be a moral and technological giant but like if you’re just straight up not prepared cause you weren’t expecting someone to come sweeping in and wreck shit… you can lose a war.  Sometimes you don’t have the time to turn technological or organizational or whatever power into military power.
