Do Good Ghosts In Horror Movies Have To Manifest Like That
Can they not help it? Why does this always happen? Also like maybe try not being so startling? Like even if you look like a giant skeleton you don’t have to burst through doors, also like “hey it’s me, sorry if I scared you” would go a long way to getting you listened to.
Also why are they always so cryptic? Like even if you only get so many words “Don’t marry the Baronet” is as many words as “beware of crimson peak” and much clearer.

“Whoops all it takes for someone to escape us is blood where one of our victims died…”
and like if you’ve been doing this for hundreds or thousands or hundreds of thousands of years, like why isn’t someone escaping every time anyone gets a paper cut?

and react REALLY REALLY intensely to jump scares.
I’m enjoying the Woman In Black so much but also I have pulled a muscle in my arm from tensing too hard.

- Awe
- Fascination
Emotions I do not want to feel during a horror movie:
- Nausea
- Sadness
- Startlement (cat scares are boring and trite)

So some times it sounds like one of those horror movies where the house whispers
