Is I’m ambitious and idealistic, I’m a fairly effective orator, I’m tough and pragmatic with a good head for business but with business as usual under the current system I won’t be able to do anything terribly interesting politically because I’m a sex worker, and I’m a freak and I’m not respectable.

I suspect that I might be the sort of person who fares well during the reshuffling of things of revolution, during that period during the early bit of so many revolutions where radicals are allowed to try things and are put in charge of things.  I think I could really manage to do some good stuff if I could arrange a situation where I had the opportunity.

I think there are a lot of people like me, idealistic and driven and energetic and with their hearts in the right place who might be able to change the world, who won’t be given a shot to change the world as things stand, and I think some of that enthusiasm and idealism and energy could do wonderful things for the world if it was given a chance.
