I keep slipping my phone into the box of tampons I keep by the toilet for no reason and then I’m like “what part of me thinks this is the right place to put my phone? What part of my brain sees a box of tampons and is like ‘this THIS is where a phone goes?’ It’s been way too many times to be a coincidence at this point.”

I have my period but I am not even remotely crampy… I feel deeply suspicious and wonder what my uterus is up to. WHAT IS IT PLANNING?

My Thoughts On Reusable Menstural Products

Like I’d like to make the switch, goddamned menstrual products are expensive and the long term savings sound nice… buuut I hate doing laundry, cannot be trusted to do my own dishes and am pretty sure I would fuck this up somehow, probably in a way that is both horrifying and inexplicable (fun fact: It took me literally 5 years to figure out how to use a tampon applicator without hurting myself). I think I might suck at menstruating.

Divacup/mooncup/whatevercup users, would I be able to use one of these products given that I am really really clumsy and have really really long nails, or would I end up tearing it to tiny shreds and having to go to the E.R. to have said shreds extracted?
