Also IDK why but “normal” dudes who are into “insert subculture” ladies

are fucking creepy.

It’s like, subculture-y people date other subculture-y people, sorry, but like I don’t spend this much time keeping my purple bangs purple and applying eyeliner to bang some dude in a polo shirt.

People who have an intense “look” go out with other people who have an intense “look”

Like a punk’ll date a goth, or a metalhead or whatever other sort of weird looking on purpose person, but like yeah, if you’re not into them because you have something in common it seems really fetishizing.

Everything’s a fetish then? Like wtf are they complaining about?

I’m here to tell you that, as a member of one subculture or another, I keep my hair colourful & my eyeliner on point because ~I~ like it that way. Not for the people I’m trynna bang.

I’m gonna bang a dude in a polo shirt or spiked new rocs or Adidas trackies or a fucking nudist or a girl in a flower crown or a latex cat suit or hoodie & tights & I’m gonna be my usual dark lipstick/thick eyeliner/blue haired self while I’m doing it.

It’s got nothing to do with a fetish & everything to do with preference. My preference is anyone I find attractive, does that mean I have a fetish for… Humans? Like? Nah.

1. Why are you assuming that my motivations for my hairdying and eyeliner habits must be yours?  Are “I” statements always about you now?

2. I’m talking about the like corporate guy who’s ALWAYS hitting on goth girls cause he thinks they’re kinky or easy or whatever.  That dude is gross.  You and I both know that dude is gross.  Have you never had the misfortune of encountering that dude?
