Trying to find a weird 90s anime, I think it was an adaptation of Snow White or another fairytale there was a sort of floating glass palace and the antagonist was a kind of evil queen/witch type figure, I think she applied some kind of intoxicating makeup to the heroine. Beyond the that I know nothing. Help?
