Tbh I think there should be more childcare options for people, pregnancy and birth shouldn’t stop a person from working, I mean when they’re really little you can pretty much just wear em, cause all they do is eat and sleep and poop
Do you think any of the wage gap could do with pregnancy of women? Since women get pregnant, people are less likely to promote them to high places, because if they do get pregnant then everything is screwed. Or are you working on a way for new mothers to work more from home?
