Has any organisation of one started? Also would the society be more socialist or more communist?

I mean the IWW does workplace organizing in part as preparation for an eventual general strike that would end capitalism. I think the revolution in whatever form is coming soon, people are increasingly dissatisfied with the vast inequality of society. My own leanings are anarcho-communist/libertarian communist/syndaclist, but ultimately my main hope is that whatever we put in place, we make something better than this
