I know! It makes me really sad that we have technology we could use to eliminate deprivation and misery and we just use it to make the very very rich even richer.
In many ways our economy is already run by AI. Most stock trading is done via algorithms now (which wasn’t true even ten years ago I read). It’s just not to the benefit of everyone but a few venture capitalists.
