if taroting is still a thing I’ve been worried about my social life which feels like it’s falling apart rn because of work and obviously giving anxiety brain I’m worried my friends are hating me

I’m using the Halloween Tarot by Kipling West.

I got ace of ghosts (cups) which signifies beginnings in terms of emotional and social stuff, then I got the three of bats (swords) which is a card indicating grief/loss/etc which I think indicates your current feelings, but then we have the queen of ghosts (cups) who is serene, compassionate, giving and emotionally balanced.  She’s a highly empathetic and nurturing card.  She might indicate someone you need to spend time around to help heal your wounded feelings.  After her we have the nine of cups, suggesting happiness and fulfilment.  After that we have the page of imps (staves) meaning new beginnings, inspiration and optimism, the knight (coming after the page as he does) indicates that “new energy” not fizzling out, you continue with whatever it is you’ve set out to accomplish, trust yourself and you’ll be okay.

I drew one more card asking “what does the asker need to do?” and I got the seven of pumpkins (pentacles) which in this context I think means perseverance.  I don’t think your friends hate you, but it does look like your social life is undergoing some form of change that may be sad or difficult for awhile.  Look for your queen of cups either within yourself (the empathetic, nurturing part of you) or externally (an empathetic, open, nurturing person, often a woman, but just as often just someone “in touch with their feminine side”) and you’ll come out happy and renewed and ready to take on exciting new stuff.

If you’re still doing tarot asks: I don’t know if the job I’m starting is something is for me, so I’m wondering if I should stick with it or move on to something else.

So we have the princess of pentacles (I’m using the enchanted tarot) she represents learning skills involved in one’s profession/learning stuff relevant to prosperity.  I think that might represent you in this context (you just started and are still learning the ropes).

We then have Justice, the Fool, and the Emporer.  I think justice means that your new employer will probably be fair with you, and the fool indicates the need to set out on a new journey and be open to possibilities so it seems to me that these are good signs.  The next card, the Emporer seems to me to indicate that your employer may be a little rigid, a trait that will become apparent as time goes by (the fool, a figure who usually refers to the person one’s reading for is looking towards him).  Though this could also be read possibly as a warning against rigidity on your part and an encouragement to be open to possibilities.

We then get the two of hearts (cups) and ace of hearts (cups) which suggests to me that if you form good relationships with your coworkers, even if your boss can be a little too strict you’ll find yourself really loving this job.
